The Avant Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from the Avant Pharmacy & Wellness Center. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As an Avant Pharmacy patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Avant Pharmacy in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The Avant Wellness app is integrated with the Apple Health Kit. Choose to share your steps, exercise minutes and other parameters directly with Avant Pharmacy & Wellness.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Avant Pharmacy patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Avant Pharmacy uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
