A mobile application specially developed for PalPay Merchant Service Department employees, in order to facilitate the management and prioritization of their daily tasks, from visits to merchants to maintaining POS machines, attracting new merchants, making periodic visits, and other tasks that the employee performs on daily and periodic basis. The application allows the employee to define a daily schedule of the visits that he will make, with the ability to add notes on the visits that have been done. The application also provides the ability to communicate with merchants, respond to their inquiries, and follow up on their technical support requests, with an indication of the status of each request.
The application allows the employee to manage his stores, in terms of the number of POC machines in his possession, the number of devices that have been installed, and the devices returned, with the ability to issue and receive delivery notes between the employee’s store and the main store.
In the application, there is a special section for managing merchants located in the area for which the employee is responsible, which includes the name of the shop, the name and address of the merchant in detail and his contact information, which allows the employee to update the merchants' data easily whenever needed. The application also contains the feature of locating the merchant through GPS.
The application also contains a special form to evaluate the performance of the employee and the service provided by him to the merchants.
