APP and their customer service is the AWFUL!
This is the worst app and the absolute worst customer service when you text them as the front of their machine tells you to do. I even provided them with a screenshot of their app and me standing beside the machine waiting on my order to be vended and they just tell me that I’m not at the correct machine. Do not recommend this app or this company.
