The New Hope CORPS app provides an automated conceierge medicine experience for patients. It automates daily patient check-ins, reporting clinical responses to practices for review and follow-up if needed. Patients can receive additional contacts throughout the day, such as for medication reminders. All using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
