When we decided to open Masago, the idea was to bring late-night, high-quality Asian food options to the neighborhood we call home. A dedication to homemade sauces, fresh seafood, and certified Angus meat, along with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, led to the instant success of the company.
Masago's fun and creative approach to sushi are showcased through menu items such as the Bobby Salad, a flavorful explosion of spicy tuna, avocado, and crab salad with a touch of sesame seeds and Masago. Our Aruba-inspired menu features local favorites such as the Masago roll packed with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, crab salad and topped with baked salmon, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. For an Arubian twist on Japanese mainstays, our Pineapple Fried Rice is a crowd favorite.
