Laura's Cheesecake was founded in 1989 and continues to bake handcrafted, gourmet cheesecakes using the same famous recipe originated by Mrs. Laura Bass over 30 years ago. We also have a fresh and original café in Mount Pleasant, Texas that serves our local community with delicious made-from-scratch meals including sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads, bakes goods, and of course, gourmet cheesecakes.
