About Health Is in Your Hands
This App is based on the popular Health Is in Your Hands book-and-card-set by Waltraud Riegger Krause. It is our mission to make this phenomenal and affordable healing art available to everyone, everywhere. Simply look up a symptom, and a picture will show you the ‘flow’ - the appropriate hand placement or finger hold - for easing your symptoms by harmonizing your body, mind and spirit. Place your hands on your body and set the flow of healing in motion. You can create your own playlists with your favorite flows, and practice them, with or without relaxing music, wherever and whenever you choose. Turn your daily commute, drive, flight, break, or time off into a time for self-healing. You might also add your favorite JSJ flows to your meditation or yoga practice, which will greatly enhance your experience of healing and relaxation and contribute to alleviating specific disharmonies.

Very incomplete
This is a visually beautiful app. And a sweet introduction to JSJ. It is based on a card and book set that is absolutely wonderful and the item I most often suggest my clients purchase for their own self care. So when I went looking for a kindle book or app to refer to a client about to undergo a long period of travel, it was a great disappointment to me to see how very little of that card and book set made it into the app. The app includes only a few of the SEL’s and no overall map reference to quickly and easily find point locations. I would have gladly paid much more for this app if it included what is in the card and book set…or at least much more of it. As it is, I don’t know who this is meant to serve because it is too incomplete. Maybe it was just meant to be an advertisement for the card and book set?
