ShuramHR helps to track and monitor when employees begin and end their work. The system will enable Shuram to monitor their employees working hours and late arrivals, early departures, time taken on breaks and absenteeism. It also helps to control labor costs by reducing over-payments, which are often caused by paying employees for time that are not working, and eliminates errors. System will require self-service from employees to identify themselves and record their working hours as they enter or leave the work area. System will have a mobile version capturing attendance by using GPS and GIS maps. It will be integrated with the biometric devices for capturing the login and logout time and attendance of every employees of the company. App will be facilitates employees to make leave requests as and when required.

The application can be a comprehensive tool to digitalize all the steps of the Shuram`s employee lifecycle. It will facilitates for employees data management. Application will deliverers various reports and contains useful analytics.
