App crashing unable to get support
This app was so so helpful to me at a time when I really needed a lot of guidance improving various aspects of my life. The resources were fantastic and taught me a lot. But now the app crashes and no longer opens at all. I tried to put in a help ticket with support but I am not able to provide necessary account info bc that info is inside the app which I can’t get to open. Please fix bc this app was a life saver.

I was excited until I wasn’t.
This app sounds really cool on paper but once I got on there and started poking around I realized there is a lot of reading and that’s about it. I thought it would have a place to track my highs and lows and mood and other bipolar stuff. Instead it’s just pages and pages of stuff I already have in books or already know and practice. This app could be awesome if the devs got their act together and dug a little deeper and created an app where bipolar folks like myself can feel safe and seen and not overwhelmed. This app is incredibly overwhelming for an app that has so little substance.
