The FBK app is designed to help you find a realistic and healthy balance of movement, mindfulness and plant-based eating. The FBK method was developed by Kirsten Johnson following her career as a Professional Ballerina. Being able to sculpt and tone the entire body while primarily using body weight was a method born out of dance and classical ballet.
Inside the app you'll find an expanding library of follow along workouts, LIVE classes each week, plant based recipes, interviews with multiple health care professionals and so much more.
