Too many issues!!
Faulty App! There’s ALWAYS an issue w/ trying to complete the MD appt since the app freezes & I can’t fix it! Deleted app & reinstalled to no avail! My appt is in 2 hrs!

I can’t register
Since I had an appointment with FHCSD last week, I tried to register for the patient portal, but it gives me an "error: null" message. I tried using the website, same result. Please fix this.
