AI at its worst
I really wanted to like this app. I can tell that the material is good and that the lessons would be helpful. But the videos are pretty much all delivered by a dead-behind- the-eyes AI character who moves her hands at all the wrong times. It’s not only distracting— in a mental health context it also feels kind of alienating. I canceled my free trial after one day.
