Your wellbeing journey here will be based on four parts.
• Exposure stage. You will be offered the chance to complete small challenges. These will help you to develop your ability to communicate emotionally verbally and non-verbally. The focus is not on the nature of the challenges as such, it is on the hidden emotions it will bring to the surface and allow you to work on them.
• Processing stage. Helps to highlight and identify which primary emotions you experience the most. While engaging in the challenges you will often feel these emotions coming to surface and you will have the opportunity to recognise them, process them and express them, as you might have denied such feelings previously at a sub-conscious level.
• Awareness stage. You will gain awareness to unhelpful thinking patterns that you have developed from previous experiences. Your thoughts help you decide through its own lens to distinguish whether there is an issue or not. Our unhelpful thoughts can sometimes escalate or manipulate the situation and can make it look worse than it is or vice versa keep you in a denial state where all is fine and there are no perceived issues.
• Reflecting stage. You get to educate yourself through reflecting on various emotions, behaviour and thoughts. It will equip you to manage emotionally challenging situations.
