better then nothing
shows messages and notifications but i don't have the messages. which i paid for them but still haven't received. that's pretty much all i use it for. i'd rather talk on the phone. tried the video chat once, had to end my visit bc the quality was terrible.

Bugs and prices
The app transaction tab is not loading at all. If you can fix that so that one can see all transactions of money that would be amazing. App is also extremely expensive 25 cents to send and receives messages and almost 10.00 dollars to video chat a love one for 10-30 mins! It also keeps saying I have notifications when they are none. I’m happy to talk to my love one in jail but please fix the bugs on this app and adjust the expensive fees. It’s over priced for sure.
