Beyond terrible app
Nothing ever works properly, buttons are always missing and app has to be force closed and reopened. The dumb logic of the developers to take out the feature that locks the car automatically before starting it is beyond me. Will be cancelling my subscription to this nonsense.

Does not work on our 2026 Solterra. Even the dealer sales and service people can’t figure out how to make it work on this car. We will take it back and get a loaner for the second time and have to go back after a few days. We may ask for a replacement vehicle if they can’t get the app to work.
