At Coastline Pilates & Wellness we offer evidence based Pilate sessions that can improve your wellbeing. Low-impact workouts that provide overall strength, improve balance and increase mobility! Sessions using the reformer, tower, chair, cadillac and mat. The Wellness workshops and specialty class offerings are based on the latest science research for improving wellness. Meditation, self-compassion, Tai'chi, nutrition and more. Coastline is beginner friendly (you do not need experience or need to be "flexible") to get started.
