It is best applicable to seniors living alone or as a couple, who may be alone all or part of the time. This service is offered to seniors living in India at this time, who may be supported by friends and family all over the world.

* PAIRING A NEW DEVICE
A new device should be paired with the app for the app to be useful. It is as simple as selecting a name for the device and pressing a button on the device!
* PANIC ALERTS
A user can trigger a panic alert by pressing the device button for more than 3 seconds. The alert, when received by an activated smartphone in range, is then sent to the support staff.
* AUTO FALL DETECTION
A sensitive fall detection algorithm is running 24x7 on the device. It supports all kinds of falls, hard impact or soft, even those that occur when a senior falls from a wheelchair. It comes in handy when a user is incapacitated by the fall. As with any algorithm, auto fall detection is subject to false alarms. When a fall is detected, the device vibrates, allowing the user to turn off the alarm by pressing the button.
FULL-FEATURED SUPPORT
* A helper that the user has designated will be notified when the user is seeking help. When needed, the helper is provided all the information needed to take proper care of the user. This may include the use of an ambulance and/or taking the user to a hospital or a clinic. These features may be customized in the app.
* REMINDERS
A user may use the app to set up medication (or any other) reminders. The device will remind the user appropriately with short vibrations. When a user responds to a reminder alert by pressing the button, we tag that as adherence to the reminder
* HEALTH MONITORING
Based on the tri-holistic principles of walking, resting, and breathing, the app monitors a user's health and well-being by tracking these metrics daily or hourly as needed.

Weekly reports are sent to an email address or a phone number chosen by the user.
