“The KWAI TSING DHC APP” is a platform that facilitates members of the Kwai Tsing District Health Centre and residents/ workforce at the Kwai Tsing District.
In the initial stage, “The KWAI TSING DHC APP” offers the following functions:
- Health Data Record
- Member Registration
- Health Assessment
- Health Tips
- Disease Management Tips

We integrates with the Apple Health App to facilitate the health tracking process with our members.
Members could choose to sync their health record with our app so that DHC staff could have a better understanding on the actual situation.
