ARV? Easy-peasey with this app
I spent the last year following b.s. “gurus” and talking heads on YouTube - all of them with their special formulas to determine the elusive after-repair value. I’ve gone through spreadsheets designed by them, entire softwares specializing in it and on and on. None of them give me that magic number as accurately and quickly as BackFlip does.
