However, this time around, we’ve added some additional features to make your experience even more enjoyable. For instance, you can track what your order status is. That way, you will always know what is happening with your order and whether there are any issues or not. On top of that, you can also see what the estimated time of delivery is so that you know when your order may arrive. Having full control of your orders is tough to achieve but the Order Meal app comes quite close! The application works on all mobile devices and there are no compatibility issues whatsoever.

The customer service from this company is lousy. They are difficult to get a hold of and it’s questionable the restaurants they pair up with. I placed an order with a pizza place and the order wasn’t accepted for over an hour! I tried to call the pizza place to cancel the order but there was no answer on the phone. I tried to contact this company and there’s no phone number. I sent a message. They didn’t respond till the next day. When I told them the issue of the order taking over an hour to just be accepted they didn’t care. I was hung up on. Stick with other more popular food delivery apps. You have more protections and your food won’t arrive hours later cold.
