Twice these guys screwed me over. The first screw was when the driver dropped my package off at the wrong building and it took me 8 days to get the package back. THE SECOND SCREW was when the driver took a picture of my package but aimed the camera at the floor so I couldn’t see the surrounding area. To this day I don’t know where that package is. It’s said to have been delivered on the 20th of FEB, it’s the 26th and I still can’t be told where my package is when the address on the label is clear as day!! YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER.
