NCFIT: ONE PROGRAM. TWO LEVELS. – Programmed 7x/week
The NCFIT Workout (NCFIT) is an all encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, advanced to beginner. NCFIT is presented daily (365 days a year) with (2) versions of the workout, Performance and Fitness. The Performance version of NCFIT allows athletes to test themselves against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. The Fitness version of NCFIT provides a more approachable version of the workout with moderate skills and moderate weights. Both versions can be adjusted up or down to suit the needs of any athlete.
COMP – Programmed 5x/week
COMP is our Competitors Track that is a carefully balanced prescription of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor. COMP consists of 3 daily parts – A. Conditioning, B. NCFIT Workout, and C. Strength/Skill Work. Workouts are designed on a 90 minute timeline.
FLEX – Programmed 5x/week
FLEX is a unique combination of functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program only available at NCFIT! The goal of NCFLEX is simple...LOOK amazing, FEEL amazing, and HAVE A BLAST while doing it! Want to get a great pump? Want to have more fun? NCFLEX is where it’s at!
GO – Programmed 7x/week
GO is an exclusive Dumbbell Only program. GO is specifically designed to be performed with limited equipment and limited space. Don’t have a lot of gear? Don’t worry...all you need is a set of dumbbells. Following a unique week-long template, GO mixes Full Body, Push x Pull, and Sprint x Sweat formats to deliver an amazing week of workouts every single week. All Dumbbells, All Results...with GO.
