I am the creator of World Record Fitness, a unique functional wellness and fitness program that incorporates my experience as:
1. Multiple fitness Guinness World Records holder (have beaten 20 official world records)
2. Taekwondo instructor with 30 years of experience (3rd degree black belt)
3. Strength and Conditioning certified fitness coach (ISSA).
4. Certified Life Coach
What makes my program so unique?
I designed the program with the busy individual in mind. I have been a full-time corporate business executive for 20+ years and my work involved heavy travel, so I was frustrated with my inability to be consistent with the gym fitness schedule. Therefore, I had to design my own training plan that could be adapted to my busy lifestyle and that allowed me to meet my goals of staying lean, adding strength and aerobic capacity, adding functional conditioning, and increasing my flexibility.
My program is simple, and effective -I got 20 fitness world records with it-
The success of the program was based on these basic pillars:
* Bodyweight Program - so it is convenient and can be done anywhere and anytime, at home, a gym or a hotel room (gym exercise machines routines can be added on request).
* Sessions Are Short (BUT Intense, and FUN!) – My audience tends to be very busy with little time to spare, so I use HIIT sets for cardio and strength training, which are usually 4 to 5 minutes each. A full work out is usually no more than 35-40 minutes.
* Need Minimal Physical Space – All exercises are done in place so it can be done within the space of a hotel room or a standard living room
* Friendly to the Spine, Joints and Knees- I had major spine surgery that required a disk replacement and spine fusion at age 40. So, through years of trial and error, I designed my program to be spine and knee-friendly, and core-builder for spine support
* The Program is Designed to Make you Healthy, Strong, Lean, and to Give You Functional Capacity, Not to Make you Bulky – My program is for the everyday warrior, not the competitive bodybuilder, who wants to live a healthy life without having to sacrifice the basic pleasures of life.
* Good for Beginners or Experts Alike, Men, Women and Everyone In- Between (We Proudly Support LGBTQ+), and for People of All Ages- I’ll customize it with your age, physical condition and fitness experience in mind.
* Common Sense Nutrition: I have never counted calories or have been on strict diets. I was too busy for that! so they never worked for my busy lifestyle. Instead, over the years I just applied common-sense eating and drinking and have kept my waist size since my early 20’s. I will teach you how to achieve that.
