Our animated coach delivers a 2-4 minute coaching session daily. This gives you information on how and why your activities throughout the day affect your sleep. We also provide you with the skills to improve your sleep. It is an easy, fun and informative way to adopt healthy sleep habits.
Daily Sleep and Wake Journal | Weekly Check-Ins
You complete your Journal daily to share your sleep details. When you give permission, COGSLEEP can use your health sleep data to populate your sleep journal. For example, the time it took you to fall asleep or the time you were awake in bed.
We use this information to tailor your sleep journey for you. The app tracks your progress and charts your sleep quality improvements.
Goal Setting and Tracking Progress
You set your sleep goals; those activities that will have the most impact on improving your sleep. Popular goals include no screens in bed and scheduling a worry time to keep your worries out of bed. Your progress is reviewed each week. Easy to use charts show progress throughout the journey.
Sleep Tips
Sleep tips are available for more information on a range of relevant sleep topics; the science of sleep, sleep and your health, and quick tips on common sleep problems.
Personal Sleep Window
Your Personal Sleep Window (PSW) is the best time for you to sleep, based on how your mind and body work. It is calculated based on your sleep journal and is adjusted weekly throughout your journey.
Your Toolkit
You build your toolkit as you move through your journey. These tools are the what we learn helps improve your sleep the most. After you complete your journey, you keep your toolkit to help maintain your sleep gains.
