Map It Realtour is a new and unique Real Estate App for Agents worldwide, that was developed and designed to move the showing homes experience to a whole new level.
Map It Realtour was created by a Realtor for Realtors who wish to impress and serve their clients using the latest advanced technologies. It helps with listings, routing, in-app navigation, and more in a unique way that makes showing homes easier for both agents and home buyers.

Both Agents and Buyers can find everything they need inside the app, and will be able to navigate all planned home showing routes, annotate all viewed listings, and share their notes and thoughts directly within the app, without once having to leave the app. Here is how it works
The App’s Functionality:
• Realtors – Realtors can download the app (now with a FREE 30-day Trial!) and add all their listings, favorite places, contact list, and start creating tailored home showing routes for their clients.
• Home Buyers – They will receive an email invite from their Agent to download Map It Client, where they can sign in, view their assigned and planned route on the map, and see all the details the Realtor shared via the app.
• Routes – The homes the buyers want to see will show within the app as a planned route, added by their geolocation and sorted from the closest to the furthest one on the route. This will cut the wasted time from going back and forth between homes.
• Map – The planned route will show the added listings as red pins on the map, which will turn green in their respective apps, once they each, buyer and agent, arrived at a destination.
• Navigation – By clicking the Navigate button, the app will navigate both the agent and the buyer to the listing on the route, without having to leave the app to access a standard map. All navigation is done with voice navigating and is kept within the app.
• Viewing – At each home on the route Agents and Clients will be able to add their notes and pictures, within their separate versions of the app, and the app will sync and share these between them.
• Storing Details – The app will also store all added notes, pictures, and communications in Activity and History. After completing a route, both Realtors and Clients can track back the route with all the details.
• Communication – The Realtor and the buyer will be able to contact each other inside the app in different formats: by in-app messaging, click to email, click to call, making it easy to communicate and discuss each home.
• Organize – The Realtor can add their own listings to the app and share them with the buyer client to view and share on their own app or share with any one at any time. Realtors can also save favorite locations they love meeting or eating at and share them with anyone at any time.
