AGFEO Dashboard App v2 is a comprehensive cockpit application and can be used in combination with all modern AGFEO PBX systems (cloud, virtual, software).

The following features are available on mobile devices.

Mobile phone integration (via “FMC” or “VoIP”)
Make calls while on the move
Send your fixed-line phone number

All functions are subject to the access rights defined in the PBX system.

Push support
For certain new events (for example a new VoIP call, a missed call on an assigned device of the communication system, a new chat message, etc.), a push notification is sent to the smartphone if this is enabled in the settings.

Flexible tab menu functions
Flexible and customizable views allow individual app configuration.

Remote access
Use of the AGFEO Remote Service. Secure access to the communication system while on the move without mandatory VPN or router port forwarding (ES/HV only).

Initial setup

HyperFonie Cloud
Use the setup wizard of App v2. Log in using the verified user email address and the individually defined user password (OAuth).

ES or HyperVoice (on-premise)
For initial configuration, the smartphone and the AGFEO PBX system must be located in the same network segment (Wi-Fi) to establish a connection to the communication system as a new account. Remote access can be activated afterwards.

Known issues
Currently, CallKit integration of the AGFEO Dashboard App v2 is only available on HyperFonie Cloud PBX systems with VoIP enabled.

Requirements
The app requires a communication system with firmware version 4.1d or higher and a valid AGFEO Dashboard license, or access to an AGFEO HyperFonie Cloud PBX system with HyperFonie feature flat, where app usage is included at no additional cost. To use the video conferencing function, a video server service configured and reachable within the AGFEO PBX system is required.
