Issues using the app
I don’t really like how the app is set up. It does show like how it did before. I can’t print statements or view them. It’s confusing looking at the payment history. When you try to login in online it doesn’t allow you to, keeps sending me to the app. Is that is the case, please make the app bigger and allow it to print and review statements. I have had to call veterans united because the app doesn’t seem to be updating. It keeps saying the same thing when I look at balance due, but when I call them tell me something different. I need my information to be consistent and correct and able to see where my loan stands ( balance due, pending, paid, etc.). The dashboard is not much help if the account information is not reflecting the correct information.
