About HiroNori Craft Ramen
Hiro and Nori have not forgotten the reason why they came to the United States: to serve authentic ramen with excellent service and bring joy to their customers.
The HiroNori team brings together over 15 years of passion and culinary experience.
They hope that this can lead to a more peaceful world: good relationships between employees will lead to a more positive atmosphere, a happier atmosphere will lead to happier customers, and happy people will have a positive impact on the community. In this light, HiroNori believes that the world can become a better place — one bowl of ramen at a time.
Since opening our first location in 2017, we have been pushing to create unmatched ramen while staying true to our mission. In 2019, we were honored to be recognized by the Michelin Guide.
