Keep missing pickups
I have been having problems for the past several months. I put my materials in my bin the night before scheduled pickup. Then on pickup day, I get a text saying “Your bin was empty.” This has happened several times. I report each time and get an apology, but the problem has not been fixed. I was also inappropriately charged for “extra materials” two weeks ago and had to ask for a refund on that charge. I don’t know why service has gotten so bad, but I am ready to cancel.
