Glitchy Audiobooks
The audiobooks are the only part of the app I want to use, and it does basically nothing it's supposed to do. 1. Everytime I open it up it says "chapter 1 preview," even though I've purchased the book. 2. Clicking on the chapter from the table of contents to skip to it doesn't do anything It makes no sense that the slider slides through the ENTIRE book, instead of individual chapters. And why are the audiobooks ONLY accessible through this glitchy app instead of also available on the website? Not everyone wants to only listen on their mobile device....

Not user friendly or functional or what I what I wanted
I just purchased The Queen’s Code audiobook on Alison’s personal website. I was directed to the app so I could listen to it. First of all, I would much prefer to own this audiobook rather than just have access to it. If this was made clear at the time of purchase, I would have bought a hard copy of the book instead. Second, I don’t have access to my purchase on either Alison’s personal website or on her app. I was hoping to listen to this on my drive this afternoon or over the coming days. I have a very busy schedule (as most people do) but because of the system they have in place it seems I will be lucky to listen to this before Christmas. 😕
