West Morgan – East Lawrence Water and Sewer Authority strives to provide quality water and customer service to all of our customers. We are located at 2547 Kirby Bridge Rd in Decatur, Alabama. Our office hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday thru Friday. Our drive thru window is open from 7:30 AM to 4:30PM, Monday thru Friday. An answering service is available for all after hour emergencies.
