The BlueSky Wireless Table Management system allows you to receive and action requests for table and guest services quickly and easily. Staff can receive instant notifications for requests anywhere in the building, with requests originating from physical pushbuttons, touch screen displays or a variety of other input sources.
Staff can then accept requests which will show them as responding in realtime in all other staff devices conencted to the system and wil lthen allow the same staff members to mark the request as having been finished.
In addition, a full audit trail of where and when requests were made, who accepted them when and when requests were finished is available to administrative users.
