Safety Survey

This is a free anonymous survey tool designed to collect real time data about personal safety. The survey is designed to current research standards and it purposes is to provide institutions and organizations insights as to how safe their employees feel through out the day. Using a longitudinal approach, up to twenty data points will be collected from each survey participant. The use of push notifications randomizes the administration of the survey to elicit sample data from various points of time and location.

No personal identifying information is collected and it uses the device id to create a unique id for each survey participant.
