This app is child of Govt. corruption
The application process for clearance through this app is incomplete and problematic. It does not request essential documents, such as stamp papers or other necessary forms One Stop papers, during the initial application. However, applications are later rejected for not including these documents. The document scanning and uploading features frequently fail, and the helpline offers inadequate support. This app reflects broader issues in the IT sector and seems to open avenues for corruption, as the inefficiencies create unnecessary hurdles that may encourage government employees to seek bribes to expedite processes.
