Mediocre app at best
This app is not great at all. The invite user link does not work and when you select to send feedback, the app brings you to a Microsoft page that says the form does not exist. Additionally, there is not a practical way to have a user login because while I have the generator serial number, I don’t have a PIN. Even the installer struggled with this and had to basically reinstall the generator.

Several functions do not work
The app has several flaws. 1) Under the exercise menu it shows that you can edit the date and time of the exercise program. It does not work. It says it’s saving the changes but it simply does not. 2) Under the controller menu it shows you can edit the date and time. I’m away from home and due to daylight saving I tried to charge the time to correct it. But it won’t save the corrected time. 3) Another big issue is due to the extreme cold weather the generator failed to start for the weekly exercise and sent an error code. The app will not allow to clear the error. I had to bother a family member to go to my house and manually access the generator to clear the error. I find not being able to clear an error remotely very disappointing, disruptive and rendered the generator useless.
