About Medical Messaging by Clarus

Medical Messaging by Clarus allows for HIPAA-compliant messaging between office staff using the Clarus cloud-based dashboard and the providers using the Clarus mobile application. It also allows for providers to communicate amongst each other. Medical Messaging is used as an extension of one of our other services - after-hours or daytime call management. This extended feature allows for secure messages between your staff all while giving you a more convenient workflow that leads to efficient, clear communication.
With Clarus’ Medical Messaging you can:

- Communicate with office staff
- Communicate with other providers
- Track history and review documentation
- Send text and images
