No option for canceling
When I purchased this app, you said that there was a way to cancel the subscription on the app and there is not. You need to stick to your words and put a place to cancel the subscription. I’m very disappointed. I will never trust an app again. That belongs to you.

Poor Business Transparency
This company makes it exceedingly difficult to manage your account and payments. It always says “this is managed off app” but doesn’t provide any information on where “off app” is or who to get in touch with. I had to comb through their policies to finally find an email address for support. It’s either a really horrific business oversight or done intentionally.
