The profile builder is a digital résumé that allows caregivers to easily upload their professional documents, personal information, and more, all in one place. Rather than having to send your recruiter documents one by one, caregivers can access the portal 24/7, update their information, and fill it out at their own pace.
Skills Checklist
A unique feature of the app is our Skills Checklist. Every checklist adapts to the caregiver’s profession and their selected specialty. The questions are designed to assist with identifying work experience and the frequency of related assignment tasks. In return, this helps our team of experts secure a facility and location that best suits their preferences and work experience.
24/7 Support
Within the app, caregivers are introduced to the recruiter that they will be working with. Caregivers are encouraged to get to know their recruiter and ask any questions that they may have about building their profile or using the app.

Slightly more convenient than not having it
As a traveler, I don’t use the app very much besides submitting my hours. Prior to the app, I would just submit an email. Not necessarily better or worse, just different. Same goes for submitting a reimbursement request or updating credentials. The app doesn’t save a copy of your documents that you can retrieve from there, so you still need to maintain your own records. There was an update recently that also allowed for you to search jobs, but after updating my app, deleting and reinstalling the app, I still do not have the ability to do so. The app is a good idea, but could use some fine tuning.
