About SMS -QIH
SMS-QIH is used for conducting site level quality assurance for Facilities Management service lines and will provide the ability to conduct ad-hoc assessments.Comments and pictures will be captured by an expert and then accessible by service managers or managers of a site/facility.These features will be partly available to individuals, for them to evaluate the level of quality delivered.The results of all assessments will help local management in optimising their service delivery catering to client demands/perception/satisfaction.
