About myHRM

The Human Resource Management System (myHRM) is designed to manage the human resource administration so that it can be done more systematically and integrated. There are several modules developed to assist in human resource management such as Personnel Management, Leave and Salary. The application is also designed to help make it easier for employees to record attendance online, leave applications, print salary slips and update personal information through their mobile phones. The development of the myHRM application is suited to the current situation, namely when the Movement Control Order started in March 2020 where employees were instructed to work from their homes. The myHRM application is used to monitor the attendance of staff in carrying out their respective responsibilities even outside the office area. myHRM application can track the current location, work start time and end time for each employee.
