With the ResMan Resident App, you’re able to:
Pay your rent by the payment methods your community offers (eg: ACH, Credit/Debit, Cash Payments, etc...)
Schedule one-time and recurring rent payments
View payment history and balances owed
Create and view status of maintenance requests as well as maintenance request history
Access contact information for your community
The ResMan Resident App serves as the mobile version of the ResMan Resident Portal for communities that use the ResMan property management platform. Availability of some app features is dependent on the ResMan product features enabled for the community. Horrible App
I submitted the payment for the amount owed; however, I subsequently received a three-day notice of eviction stating that I would be evicted if payment was not made within three days. I did not receive any prior notice regarding an issue with the payment. It appears there may have been a problem with the payment processing, potentially related to my bank, but I was not informed of any such issue before receiving the eviction notice. -Super slow and frustrating process throughout- -DO NOT RECOMMEND-

Says the rent is paid and then a few days later i got a notice that i didn’t pay and also had to pay a 80$ late fee, front office said it’s not the apps fault but it 100% is
