How does Geared work?
With the combination of the following information you will receive a customized free workout plan:
-Age
-Lifestyle
-Experience level
-Body type
-Number of days you prefer to train in a week
-Your choice of workout equipment from our database added to your equipment list. No equipment? No problem we have that option too!
Every workout generated will fit in with your above input. The exercises that appear in your plan will match the equipment in your list (there will be no exercises displayed that you cannot perform due to lack of an equipment) and your experience level. Your 12-week program will have 3, 4 or 5 workout days (your choice) with an optional active recovery for the rest days of the week.
If you are a beginner with no experience with exercises or if you are already smashing weights but confused about creating a workout plan that adapts to your needs Geared will make a workout plan for you by choosing from a database of 1000+ exercises with demonstration videos all for free. You can always update your equipment list throughout your plan and the exercises will adapt to the list (Travelling fitness enthusiasts – nothing can stop you now!)
