STIGMA is a mental health app on a mission to normalize conversations about mental health by creating safe spaces for people to talk about living with misunderstood conditions. Watch STIGMA Stories of people who share your lived experiences to see living proof you’re not alone. Or, ask for or offer messages of HOPE via asynchronous video, audio, or text message.
There are three great ways to connect with other members using our app:
- Watch STIGMA Stories. Listening to others' stories increases our compassion for different lived experiences. In your STIGMA Stories feed, you can filter by any condition or lived experience that interests you.
- Ask for HOPE. It’s human to have good days and bad ones. When you find yourself needing a little support, simply record a message about how you’re feeling and tell us who you want to share it with in the STIGMA community. We’ll notify you when a message of HOPE is waiting in your inbox.
- Offer someone HOPE. Being kind feels good and is proven to improve your own mental and physical health. To brighten someone’s day, go to your STIGMA dashboard to view a list of people who are struggling, and offer some support.
At STIGMA we believe the only way to normalize conversations about mental health is to be brave enough to have them. Will you join us?
