It continuously monitors your progress and adjusts the plan to maximize efficiency. To keep track of your personal progress you can analyse your past results and can compete in high scores and collect achievements to rise in the ranks (e.g. between your friends, gym or worldwide). Its also possible to just train for yourself and not compare with others, choose what best suits you and motivates you.
