Frustrated

I downloaded this app along time ago, and I finally got a notification yesterday saying that I can finally use it the one I went to create a profile I didn’t think adding the contacts was necessary so I clicked add later, but now that I’m trying to add the contact, there is no option to do it anywhere on the app so I tried to borrow money, but it won’t let me because of the stupid contacts. I can’t get in contact with nobody on this app to help me add the contacts or anything just another app if you ask me.
