Many issues
The previous app name AMP Recovery was far better than this one! The last one you could look ahead and see your physical therapy plan this one will not. The previous one would remember your username and password for easy access for someone that has to log in everyday. This one has the option to click remember me but never works. It is a real pain to have to enter everything every day. Also you no longer get notified when someone sends you a message. That’s a line of communication with my provider. I tried to click the help button to report these issues but it leads to an error page.

Bad UX and buggy
Seem like the developers could’ve spent some time actually thinking about app usability and design principles. The app is pretty awful to use.
