Helped me build better habits!
I've been using this app for over a week now and it cured my addiction to Reddit and YouTube! It's way better than ScreenTime since it basically works in reverse. I have a 5,000 step goal so I can't use those apps unless I leave the house, which encourages me to go walk around the park or go to the gym instead of scrolling on my phone.

This app makes it super easy to get in exercise if you have a difficult time committing to a daily schedule. By locking your favorite apps, it requires you to get out and get your steps in so you can earn access.

Great for New Year’s resolutions!
As a college student, this app has helped me keep track of my screen time but in a much better way that other app blockers. I’ve tried a handful and rewarding me with screen time just by walking is incredibly beneficial!
