QCare Home

QCare is a straightforward mobile app, available free for download. The app enables third party care provider staff users to fulfill healthcare appointments. Appointment types can be at a home visit, office visit, or virtual. In a home visit, staff may arrive at the patient location at the scheduled time and may connect the patient to a remote provider.

Staff users create an account and are granted role access by Administrators. QCare stores basic user data, such as gender, date of birth, and name.

QCare is for use by third party care provider staff to fulfill healthcare appointments. It is not for patients or the general public.
