Here you will find amazing, qualified women who can support you with your feeding problems, listen to your worries and generally give you some love. They are IBCLCs - the gold standard of feeding support: an international qualification requiring over 1,000 hours of training!
There are so many ways to feed your baby
- with breasts
- with donor milk
- with tubes
- with formula
- from cups
- from a bottle
- with a pump
Sometimes all of the above!
It’s important that you feel supported, listened to and informed at a really vulnerable time.
This matters and you matter :)

90% of women in the U.K. say they don’t end up feeding their baby the way they wanted....it shouldn’t be that way.
PS-It can still be helpful to chat over your feelings around your feeding journey even if your baby is now all grown up and eating pizza!
