About Convertopedia: Unit Converter

Convertopedia is your partner as a teacher or as a student at school, as a scientist, on a construction site, in your renovation work at home, or even while traveling during your vacation.

Convertopedia helps you in 3 unique ways:
1. Allows you to efficiently switch between the international metric system and the American or English imperial system, without the headache (i.e. inches vs centimeters).
2. Allows you to convert currencies to plan foreign travel or purchases with the latest exchange rates.
3. Allows you to search and save units as favorites, saving you tons of time in the process.

— WHY CREATE CONVERTOPEDIA?
When we designed Convertopedia, our vision was to deliver the first-ever unit converter with no ads, no recurring subscription fees, no spying on our users, and all free to some extent. We were looking to make a product that works offline when you're traveling or in the subway or in an infrastructure made of concrete, and a tool that fits in with the latest trends in terms of design.

All of this didn't exist in a single app before Convertopedia hit the App Store. Best of all, Convertopedia is on its way to becoming the unit converter with the most units on the App Store.

— HOW DOES CONVERTOPEDIA WORK?
Convertopedia is the easiest unit converter to use.

Suppose you want to convert 60 inches to centimeters.
Let's go!
1. Choose your type of measurement: “Length”
2. Choose your original unit: “Inches”
3. Enter your starting number: “60”
4. As you type the numbers, you will get your result in real-time in the “centimeters” box: 152.4 cm
